Sales assistant tended to "over-sell" - should listen more to customer needs statements and adjust sales pitch accordingly.

Used many types but very surprised with this steamer.
The water holder is not part of the handle like others so there is no force applied during operation.No leaking of water so far. Continues steam but does not saturate the pad. Very happy with the unit.

I ordered online through Godfreys. You couriers are a joke. They gave me the run around for a week before admitting to losing my package. At that point I complained to Godfreys and after mentioning the ombudsman, they agreed to give me the product direct from the store which I am happy with. Two months later the courier found my package, expected me to go pick it up. No apologies for losing it, just a very rude lady on the phone saying that they would not deliver it.

Heats up quickly and does a beautiful job at keeping my white floor tiles clean. I change my mop pads twice during a clean and my floors dry quickly and without obvious streaks.

This is the best steam mop that I have used it does a great job does not leave the floor too wet and the marks all disappear... definatly recommend ..

Went in one day was told to avoid a certain item went back in to buy the one he recommended was told by another guy to spend more money when I made it clear I could not afford anymore he was pretty abrupt then even tried up selling me was not happy with the service there's a way to get your point across without being rude and pushy

I placed the order, waited days and kept checking the delivery status to find one day it said "delivered". When I looked at the signature and name provided it was someone names "chris". However there was no product at my door. Someone got a free one. I had to make multiple calls to sort it out and wait more than a week for it to be redelivered. Then I received a call to say I had been charged twice and i would have my money returned. I checked and had only been charged once. As an honest person I declined to have my money returned even though the person on the other end insisted she had notes indicating I have been charged twice. My bank account was consistent with one withdrawal. I ask why Godfreys allows their products to be delivered when the name on the invoice is not even close to the person they are delivering the product too. I know all my neighbours and no one is named chris. Who knows where it was delivered.

Thus far has been pretty good, took a little while to work initially but I think that is because I did not connect the water tank and steam head fully to the steamer body. Cleans well, uses not very much water and doesn't leak!
