I placed the order, waited days and kept checking the delivery status to find one day it said "delivered". When I looked at the signature and name provided it was someone names "chris". However there was no product at my door. Someone got a free one. I had to make multiple calls to sort it out and wait more than a week for it to be redelivered. Then I received a call to say I had been charged twice and i would have my money returned. I checked and had only been charged once. As an honest person I declined to have my money returned even though the person on the other end insisted she had notes indicating I have been charged twice. My bank account was consistent with one withdrawal. I ask why Godfreys allows their products to be delivered when the name on the invoice is not even close to the person they are delivering the product too. I know all my neighbours and no one is named chris. Who knows where it was delivered.

Steam mop doesnt work and too expensive to retun

Thus far has been pretty good, took a little while to work initially but I think that is because I did not connect the water tank and steam head fully to the steamer body. Cleans well, uses not very much water and doesn't leak!

The first mop I received did not work; while it appeared to come on and heat up, no steam was produced. The replacement mop I received works perfectly, with the water chamber lasting much longer than other mops I have used and requiring less refilling. I am very pleased with the results now that I have an operational mop.
