Exchanges and Returns
WARRANTY RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. Repairs, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted or provided unless the goods are faulty or unfit for purpose.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to a Godfreys retail store without prior written confirmation from our Customer Service team.
- A product is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own (provided you were not aware or made aware of the defects prior to purchase) and you can provide evidence of the damage / fault;
- Is not fit for their normal purpose; or
- Incorrect goods were supplied.
Godfreys will, upon return of the product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 within a reasonable time if you are able to able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you simply change your mind, and the product(s) are unopened and still in their original packaging, you may return them to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase at your own cost for a full refund. You must call our Customer Service team on 1800 815 270 prior to returning orders for instructions on how to do this.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as you can. If an order arrives damaged, we will arrange either a replacement or refund and arrange collection of the damaged product. Please note we may require evidence of the damage to the product(s).
All approved refunds will be processed by the Godfreys Support Office in Melbourne. We endeavour to process all refunds with 7 business days of approval.

Nothing contained in this warranty is intended to restrict, modify or exclude the operation of any of the provisions contained in Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law or any similar legislation or substituted amendment, including provisions allowing for refunds for defective goods.
Returns for Instore Purchases
If you have Proof of Purchase
If you are able to able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase, Godfreys will offer you a refund, repair or exchange in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 if you return goods within a reasonable time because:
- They are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own (and the defects were not drawn to your attention prior to purchase);
- They are not fit for their normal purpose (or a purpose you made known to our sales staff prior to purchase); or
- Incorrect goods were supplied.
Please work with our team carefully when choosing products as Godfreys will not provide you with a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
To obtain a repair, exchange or refund you must return the goods to Godfreys, unless you are entitled to reject the goods and the goods cannot be returned without significant cost to you. Any returning items that are shipped are at the owners risk and Godfreys will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.
It is company policy that all refunds are processed to the customers EFTPOS card.
If you do NOT have Proof of Purchase
If you are unable to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase, Godfreys may (but is not required to) offer you a repair or exchange if
- The item is still in original condition and is not damaged
- Satisfactory identification is provided at the time of the return.
