I ordered an item on 15/04. It wasn't until I emailed Godfrey's 2 weeks later that I was told that the item is out of stock and the next shipment was due on 5/05. On the 10/05 I still hadn't been emailed about it being sent out, so I enquired again and was told that they'd send it out that day, and I should expect to get it soon, but I wasn't sent any shipping/tracking details. The customer service team seem to have poor communication and I don't plan on shopping at Godfrey's again. It's been 1 month since I ordered the item and I still haven't received it. If an item is advertised as "On sale", it should already be in stock, instead of making customers wait until it's finally in stock again. However, if an item is sold and it does happen to be out of stock, customers should be notified about the delay.

I thought their overall service was very good. The only negative comment I would make was that I was annoyed with all the internet advertising I received after the event. This made very little sense to me as I had already made my purchase.
Apart from that, I am very pleased with my product and the service received.

even though I had stipulated to leave products at my door - the delivery agent did not do so and I had to ring them to arrange another delivery. both Godfreys and the agent were difficult to contact during the weekend so had to arrange for the re-delivery on the Monday.

We were advised to use this as we have dogs and cats. I have used it twice now and it leaves the carpet smelling really nice.

It's a bit hard to tell if it's doing anything to clean the carpet that water wouldn't do. But no one's had any bad reactions to it and it has no smell.

If your carpet is white don't be fooled by the you tube advertisement & demonstration!! I would not buy this product if you are hoping to have a carpet that looks clean after one shampoo. If you have a really dirty or stained carpet then using this one would be a complete waste of your time & money!!

When I rang to enquire about a product the lady on the phone who's name I won't print told me a deal she could offer me. When I came into the store on the day she told me it was her day off funnily enough and the store wouldn't honour her deal. When they rang her she denied it. They tried to sell me something $2000 more than what I could afford even after I told them how much I could spend. It's not always about the sales Godfreys Busselton. It's about the customer service and experience I do let others know about the terrible service there. the woman who was trying to sell to me in the store admitted she was from another store and didn't know the way they did things in Busselton. I was furious. You got a few hundred out of me and I was prepared to spend a lot more than that. Shame on you.

when I rang Godfreys & told the man on the phone that the shampooer did not clean my carpet as well as shown on you tube I was told that it might take 2 or 3 cleans to clean the carpet. My beige fleck carpet is 5 years old, had been professionally shampooed 2 years ago, has no stains, & is in good condition, but we live in an area with red dirt outside &, over time, this gets on the carpet. Consequently, the lighter hue in the flecked carpet was not visible & after watching you tube show white carpet, with spillage on it, come up white after one shampoo, I was fooled into believing that the lighter tones in my beige carpet would be brought into sight again. I was very disappointed that I was told on the phone to shampoo it another one or two times to get it clean!!

We use Couriers Please for most of our online orders. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Here is an approximate guide to delivery times for online orders once your delivery has been despatched:
