Customer Service
We are currently experiencing high email volumes. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for a response from our Godfreys Customer Service team.
Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched as normal.
Delivery Times
Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery due to a high volume of parcels though our delivery partners.
Maintaining Cleanliness
To ensure the safety of all our customers and team members, the following measures are in place at all open Godfreys stores:
- Increased frequency of store cleaning
- Hand sanitiser stations available for customer use
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres between all customers and team members
- Cash payments are available, however contactless payment methods are preferred

Click & Collect
At Godfreys, providing a safe environment for our customers and in-store team members is our number one priority. But we know life hasn’t stopped and neither has the mess that comes with it, so below you’ll find information on how you can continue to shop safely with us.
In line with the latest government restrictions, selected stores are currently closed for in-store shopping to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, some stores are still open for contactless Click & Collect and you can always shop online 24/7 with free delivery over $99.
