No matter where you live in Australia*, our delivery service charges are as follows:
This applies to everything on this website, including vacuum cleaners, vacuum bags and accessories.
'Total spend' includes all products and services purchased in a single transaction online excluding freight costs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Here is an approximate guide to delivery times for online orders once your delivery has been dispatched. Please add up to 2 days delay due do the current situation.
We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. And, apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All online orders are dispatched from our warehouse and not local stores.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day from receiving it wherever possible.
In order to qualify for our delivery service, the products that you ordered have to be in stock, payment must be received by us, accurate delivery details must be provided, the products must be purchased online and your delivery address must be within Australia.
For orders that contain chemicals such as shampoo solution or large machines, we may use a third-party courier service to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
*Please note orders to Thursday Island, Christmas Island and King Island may incur additional freight charges - please contact us for more information.
