	The steamer is great in some areas, but we find it impossible to make the attachment turn so that we could use it on a wall. 26th Aug 2018
	Terrible instructions and manual. My steam iron is better at steaming than this machine. Water storage tank is that small that I cant clean 4 tile grout lines, and then have to wait forever for the pressure in the machine to dissapate before continuing. 7th Jun 2018

	Great service 5 stars. Phoned the Gawler South Australia store and asked if they had stock of a hoover hand held steam machine. Could not get to the store until the next day so the staff member put the item aside for pickup. When I got there the next day all ready to go and fantastic customer service well done to the team at Gawler Thanks. 13th Apr 2018

	This is the worst steam hand held team gun I have ever used. I would hate to if paid $100 for it. I was upset that I paid $50 for it. It dines the hold much water and runs out very quickly. The pressure nose is to big and there is no pressure to get rid of mould or dirt etc. takes ages to heat up and to refill u have to wait for the gun to cool down due to the pressure cap. Complete waste of time and junk. Better off cleaning the old fashioned way. I am going to have to now buy another one which I went in for in the first place until I was give the offer of half pice on this rubbish. It's true what they say if it sounds to good it normally is. 6th Mar 2017

	I was after a hand held steamer to do some work around the house and some detailing in my motorbike. I knew what product I was after but there was none in stock. I was after a cheap yellow steaming hand held gun that I saw adrevtised in line. The gentleman gave me a have price deal in a Hoover steamer was $100 gave it to me for $50 with out me having to beat the price down.
