	Lack of good old fashioned service salespeople should show pride in what they do but who knows maybe it’s a reaction to upper authoritarian management maybe I’m only guessing. That place needs a new strategy. 	When the sales assistance thought he potentially had a customer interested in a vacuum cleaning her left processing my sale to then go on and demonstrate the most expensive vacuum cleaner to them while leaving me at the checkout for 20 minutes waiting to pay for my purchase. Im not a sales person but even I could tell the people he was doing the demo for were clearly not interested in purchasing the most expensive vacuum cleaner. 8th Jan 2018

	pullman vacuum cleaner A-031B 15 L wet & dry janitor. Good suction, easy to use, good results. sharp edges on hose so i recommend taping it up to avoid scratches. 8th Mar 2017
	I found the grip on the vacuum cleaner handle sharp, not smooth edges, and the foot doesn't fit easily into the hose, no snap lock, just a shove it and see which was disappointing after the Delonghi. The suction is excellent but the rest lets it down. 7th Nov 2016

	Good, this is the second one of this model I have had. It is strong and robust and the old one kept its good strong ****. I do have a criticism with the tube falling off the handle and find this most irritating, it seems like that part of it is made cheaply. 4th Oct 2016

	10 day return policy - great Purchase extra wide vacuum head that the vacuum did not have enough suction to run properly. Took it back but all other vacuum heads were for smaller diameter hose. Person serving me took my details and said they would find an adapter online and contact me, but never did. I found a solution myself. 26th Jun 2018

	Whilst shopping at Cockburn store, which was busy upon arrival, the salesman acknowledged our presence and assured us he would tends asap, quickly asked what we were shopping for and headed us to sale items. He then sold items to his current client and then moved on to us - which we bought a pullman vac, all with politeness and a smile, not rushed or hurried. We went back a couple of days later and bought 2 more vac's- 1 for our son, and one for our nephew (which he also organised us to pick up from baldivis store, as Cockburn only had 1 left).
