Terms and Conditions 20% off for Neighbours Promotion
Electrical Home-Aids Pty Limited ABN 62 007 539 577 of Brandon Office Park, Building 3, First Floor 530-540 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley VIC 3150 (“Godfreys”) is introducing its ‘20% OFF FOR NEIGHBOURING STORES’ promotion (“Neighbour Promotion”). These terms apply to the conduct of the Neighbour Promotion. The Neighbour Promotion is conducted across Godfreys’ stores in Australia.
The Neighbour Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 1 March 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
The Neighbour Promotion is open to any staff member of a Neighbouring Store during the Promotion Period.
For all Godfreys Stores located within a shopping complex, homemaker centre, or other similar shopping area, a Neighbouring Store is defined as any store that is also located in that same shopping vicinity. This will be governed at the sole discretion of Godfreys.
For other Godfreys Stores, a Neighbouring Store includes any other stores located on the same shopping strip. The definition of a Neighbouring Store will be decided by each store in its sole discretion.
Any staff member of a Neighbouring Store will be required to show proof of work to Godfreys staff members to show that they are eligible for the Neighbour Promotion. If the individual can demonstrate proof of employment at a Neighbouring Store, they are considered an ‘Eligible Person’.
Eligible Items
Godfreys, in its sole discretion, will determine which items within the Godfreys Stores are included as part of the Neighbour Promotion (“Promotion Items”).
A list of Promotion Items can be made available to any Eligible Person upon request.
The Neighbour Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Neighbour Promotion is only offered to an Eligible Person purchasing the Promotion Items in a personal capacity and for the benefit of that Eligible Person.
General
All Eligible Persons consent to: (a) participate in reasonable promotional activities, including but not limited to interviews and photographic and recording sessions, in respect to their participation in the Neighbour Promotion.
If the Neighbour Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being offered as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of Godfreys, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, or force majeure, Godfreys reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Persons from participating in the Neighbour Promotion; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Neighbour Promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Godfreys (including its respective officers, employees and agents and related entities) excludes all liability (including negligence) and will not be liable for: (a) any personal injury; (b) any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) including direct, indirect or consequential loss (c) third party interference; (d) late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected Entries; (e) variation in the Neighbour Promotion; (f) any tax liability incurred by a Eligible Person; (g) involvement in the Neighbour Promotion; or (h) technical malfunction impacting the operation of the Neighbour Promotion, arising in any way out of the running of the Neighbour Promotion.
Privacy Notice
By entering the Neighbour Promotion, each Buyer and Eligible Participant consents to the collection of their personal information by Godfreys. Personal information collected may be used to facilitate the administration of this Neighbour Promotion, marketing of the Neighbour Promotion and to allow Godfreys to communicate with Eligible Persons.
Godfreys may disclose personal information to third parties for the above listed purposes. Godfreys will collect and store personal information in accordance with the terms of their respective privacy policies, copies of which can be accessed at https://www.godfreys.com.au/privacy-policy.
