The following terms and conditions apply to website users and customers of Godfreys, updated August 2026.
1. Pricing
Godfreys reserves the right to change its pricing at any stage. Godfreys will promptly and clearly communicate any price change on this website.
The price which is payable for the products is the price that is clearly set out on the website at the time you order the product. The price does not include delivery charges. All prices are inclusive of GST.
*Any special pricing on sale/discounts/clearance items is strictly while stocks last and excludes any shipping fees under the shipping fee threshold.
The savings/discounts shown represent the saving available for the product/s shown as compared to the reference price. The reference price for these savings are (1) the price at which we have previously sold the product ('Was') (2) the standard (undiscounted) retail price at which this product is offered for sale by Godfreys ('Standard Retail Price').
Special discount codes can be used during a special sale events, and discounted off the advertised sale price. These codes during sale events can be applied automatically at checkout. The codes discount will be visible on the checkout page.
Prices, availability and shipping are correct at the time of send and are subject to change.
2. Product Information
At Godfreys, we aim to keep all product information 100% accurate to help you make informed decisions. However, please be aware that from time to time there may be inadvertent errors on the website and mistakes in relation to pricing or product information. Godfreys will use its best efforts to minimise and correct any mistakes. If you find a mistake, please report it to our Customer Service team via the Contact Us form. Godfreys recommends that you do not rely on the information contained on the website and Godfreys does not accept liability for your reliance on information on its website.
Please be aware of the following when considering your purchase: advertised prices may vary depending upon location.
3. Bundle & Save Offers
Bundle deals are limited to one per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s), clearance or products. If multiple of the same eligible product is purchased only one will qualify for the bundle deal. Any bundle deals are only valid between the advertised dates and are strictly while stocks last. Any additional products offered in the bundle are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and any returns are only valid if all products in the bundle are returned or the missing products' value (as determined by Godfreys) is deducted from the return value.
4. Servicing & Repairs
Keeping your cleaning equipment performing at its best is important to us. Whether your product is under warranty or requires a paid repair or service we can assist you.
Godfreys only provides repairs, servicing and support for its own brands:

- Optim
- Work Hero
- Pullman

5. Disclaimer
Godfreys gives no express or implied warranties or representations as to the operation of the website or the content, information or materials on the website. If you use the website, you agree to do so at your sole risk.

10. Website Terms & Conditions
Godfreys reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions and warranties at any time.
If any part of Godfreys policies, terms and conditions or warranties is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms is severed, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
The terms set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between you and Godfreys regarding the operation of the website.
When you process an online transaction, our system stores your details that relate to your order (excluding credit card details) so we can assist you with any enquiries relating to your orders.
All transactions are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
11. Godfreys Reserve Membership
11.1 Membership Overview
Godfreys Reserve Membership is an annual subscription program that provides members with exclusive benefits when shopping with Godfreys.
Membership is available for $29.99 per year (inc. GST) and will need to be renewed annually by the purchaser/member.
By purchasing or using a Godfreys Reserve Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Membership Benefits
Members receive the following benefits during their active membership period:
- Free standard shipping on all online orders placed through the Godfreys website.
- 5% discount on eligible purchases made online only.
- Earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
- An additional 12 months warranty on the current manufacturer's warranty.
- Benefits apply only while the membership is active and valid.
11.3 Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid Australian residential address.
Godfreys Reserve Membership is intended for personal use only and must not be used for commercial resale purposes.
11.4 Membership Period
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
At the end of the membership period, membership will require renewal unless cancelled.
Godfreys reserves the right to adjust the membership fee upon renewal with reasonable notice.
11.5 Discount Terms
The 5% member discount:
- Applies to the regular retail price of eligible products.
- Can be combined with certain promotional offers, clearance pricing, or other discounts where specified.
- May exclude selected products, spare parts, services, gift cards, and commercial equipment.
Godfreys reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for the discount.
11.6 Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping applies to standard shipping within Australia for eligible online orders.
Godfreys may exclude certain items from free shipping including:
- Oversized items
- Commercial machinery
- Special order items
Where exclusions apply, shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
11.7 Extended Warranty Terms
The member extended warranty:
- Provides an additional 12 months warranty on the current manufacturer's warranty.
- Covers household use only.
- Requires membership to remain active at the time of purchase.
- Requires proof of membership when making a claim.
Godfreys may exclude certain items from the extended warranty including:
- Batteries and consumable items
- Accessories, hoses, filters and bags
Godfreys reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for the extended warranty.
11.8 Refunds and Cancellation
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation will not result in a pro-rata refund of the membership fee.
Membership benefits will remain available until the end of the current membership period.
11.9 Misuse of Membership
Godfreys reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where it reasonably believes the membership is being misused, including:
- Use for commercial resale purposes
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
11.10 Changes to Membership
Godfreys may update or modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via the Godfreys website or email to members.
11.11 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Godfreys Clean Club Rewards Program
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Godfreys Clean Club Rewards Program. By joining or participating in the Clean Club Rewards Program, a member agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
This section should be read together with the Godfreys Reserve Membership terms in section 11, any applicable promotional terms and the Godfreys Privacy Policy.
12.1 Eligibility
The Clean Club Rewards Program is operated by Future Innovation Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Godfreys ("Godfreys", "we", "us" or "our").
To participate in the Clean Club Rewards Program, a customer must:
- sign up and have an active and valid Godfreys membership or rewards account;
- provide the information reasonably required to establish and maintain their account; and
- comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Membership and Rewards Points are intended for personal use and are not transferable unless Godfreys expressly agrees otherwise.
Godfreys may refuse, suspend or cancel membership where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently or operated in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Earning Rewards Points
Eligible members will earn Points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases from Godfreys, unless a different earn rate applies under a specific promotion.
Rewards Points are calculated on the final amount paid for eligible products after discounts, promotional offers, vouchers, credits and other reductions have been applied.
Rewards Points are not earned on:
- membership fees;
- delivery or freight charges;
- gift card purchases;
- purchases that are subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned;
- taxes, fees or charges that Godfreys determines are not eligible;
- purchases made before joining the Clean Club Rewards Program, unless Godfreys agrees otherwise; or
- any products, services, transactions or categories that Godfreys identifies as excluded from time to time.
Godfreys may offer bonus points, promotional earn rates or other Rewards Points promotions from time to time. Additional conditions may apply to those promotions.
Rewards Points may take a reasonable period after an eligible transaction to appear in a member's account.
12.3 Value and Redemption of Rewards Points
Rewards Points may be redeemed against eligible purchases at participating Godfreys sales channels, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The redemption value is listed on the Clean Club rewards home page.
Godfreys may establish minimum redemption amounts or increments.
Rewards Points:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
- cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly permitted;
- cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another person unless approved by Godfreys; and
- cannot be used to pay membership fees unless expressly permitted by Godfreys.
Rewards Points may be used in conjunction with other offers where permitted by the applicable promotional terms.
Godfreys may apply reasonable redemption limits to particular products, promotions or transactions.
12.4 Rewards Points Expiry
Rewards Points expire 24 months after the date they are earned, unless a different expiry period is communicated at the time the points are issued.
Expired Rewards Points will be removed from the member's account and cannot be redeemed.
Godfreys may, but is not required to, notify members before Rewards Points expire.
Members are responsible for monitoring their Rewards Points balance and expiry.
12.5 Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Where a purchase that earned Rewards Points is subsequently returned, refunded, cancelled or reversed, the corresponding Rewards Points may be deducted from the member's account.
If the member has already redeemed those Rewards Points, Godfreys may deduct the equivalent number of points from the member's existing or future Rewards Points balance.
Where Rewards Points were used towards a purchase that is subsequently returned or refunded, Godfreys may return the applicable Rewards Points to the member's account rather than providing the equivalent amount as cash, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
12.6 Membership Expiry or Cancellation
Where participation in the Clean Club Rewards Program is linked to a paid Godfreys membership, the member must maintain an active membership to continue receiving membership benefits and, where applicable, earning Rewards Points.
If a membership expires or is cancelled, the member may lose access to unredeemed Rewards Points in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
Godfreys may provide a reasonable period following membership expiry during which a member can renew their membership and retain their Rewards Points.
Any applicable grace period will be communicated by Godfreys and may be changed from time to time.
Godfreys Reserve Membership does not automatically renew.
Godfreys Reserve membership fee is payable in advance for the applicable 12 month membership period.
If a member chooses to cancel their membership during the membership period due to a change of mind, the membership fee is non-refundable, including on a pro-rata basis, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
12.7 Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and current.
Members must not allow another person to improperly access or use their Rewards account.
Members should notify Godfreys promptly if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
Godfreys is not responsible for Rewards Points redeemed through unauthorised access to an account where the unauthorised access was caused by the member's failure to take reasonable care of their account credentials, subject to applicable law.
12.8 Missing or Incorrect Rewards Points
If a member believes Rewards Points have not been correctly credited, they should contact Godfreys Customer Support using the details in section 13 and provide reasonable proof of purchase.
Claims for missing Rewards Points should be submitted within 90 days of the relevant purchase.
Godfreys may correct a member's Rewards Points balance where points have been credited or deducted incorrectly.
Where points have been credited due to a genuine system or administrative error, Godfreys may reverse the incorrect points.
12.9 Fraud, Misuse and Abuse
Rewards Points must not be obtained or redeemed fraudulently or through manipulation or misuse of the Clean Club Rewards Program.
Godfreys may suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud, misuse or abuse.
Where Godfreys reasonably determines that fraud, misuse or a material breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, Godfreys may:
- cancel improperly obtained Rewards Points;
- suspend or terminate the member's Rewards account;
- cancel associated benefits; and
- take any other reasonable action available to Godfreys.
12.10 Bonus Points and Promotions
Godfreys may periodically offer bonus points, additional points, promotional redemption rates or other Clean Club Rewards Program benefits.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, including commencement and expiry dates, participating products, minimum spend requirements and redemption restrictions.
Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms and Conditions in relation to a particular promotion, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
12.11 Program Changes
Godfreys may reasonably amend the Clean Club Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Changes may include adjustments to:
- the Rewards Points earn rate;
- redemption rates or values;
- points expiry periods;
- eligible products or services;
- bonus points offers;
- participating sales channels; and
- membership benefits.
Where a change materially reduces the value of existing Rewards Points or materially affects members' rights, Godfreys will provide reasonable notice where practicable and required by law.
Changes will not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
12.12 Suspension or Termination of the Clean Club Rewards Program
Godfreys may suspend, replace or terminate the Clean Club Rewards Program where reasonably necessary.
If the Clean Club Rewards Program is terminated, Godfreys will provide reasonable notice where practicable and give members a reasonable opportunity to redeem existing Rewards Points, subject to applicable law and any circumstances requiring immediate suspension or termination.
12.13 System Availability
From time to time, Rewards Points balances, earning or redemption functionality may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside Godfreys' reasonable control.
Godfreys will take reasonable steps to correct verified errors affecting a member's Rewards Points balance.
12.14 Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Clean Club Rewards Program will be handled in accordance with the Godfreys Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Information may be used to administer the Clean Club Rewards Program, manage membership accounts, provide benefits, communicate with members and, where the member has provided any consent required by law, provide relevant marketing and promotional communications.
Members can manage their communication preferences in accordance with the options provided by Godfreys.
12.15 General
Rewards Points are a promotional loyalty benefit and do not constitute cash, legal tender, stored monetary value or property capable of being transferred independently of the Clean Club Rewards Program, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A failure by Godfreys to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
