Godfreys Reserve Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Godfreys Reserve Membership is an annual subscription program that provides members with exclusive benefits when shopping with Godfreys.

Membership is available for $29.99 per year (inc. GST) and will need to be renewed annually by the purchaser/member.

By purchasing or using a Godfreys Reserve Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Benefits

Members receive the following benefits during their active membership period:

Free standard shipping on all online orders placed through the Godfreys website.
5% discount on eligible purchases made online only.
Earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
Benefits apply only while the membership is active and valid.

3. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid Australian residential address.

Godfreys Reserve Membership is intended for personal use only and must not be used for commercial resale purposes.

4. Membership Period

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

At the end of the membership period, membership will require renewal unless cancelled.

Godfreys reserves the right to adjust the membership fee upon renewal with reasonable notice.

5. Discount Terms

The 5% member discount:

Applies to the regular retail price of eligible products.
Can be combined with certain promotional offers, clearance pricing, or other discounts where specified.
May exclude selected products, spare parts, services, gift cards, and commercial equipment.

Godfreys reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for the discount.

6. Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping applies to standard shipping within Australia for eligible online orders.

Godfreys may exclude certain items from free shipping including:

Oversized items
Commercial machinery
Special order items

Where exclusions apply, shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation will not result in a pro-rata refund of the membership fee.

Membership benefits will remain available until the end of the current membership period.

8. Misuse of Membership

Godfreys reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where it reasonably believes the membership is being misused, including:

Use for commercial resale purposes
Fraudulent activity
Breach of these Terms & Conditions

9. Changes to Membership

Godfreys may update or modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via the Godfreys website or email to members.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
