Training and Development
The Godfreys Academy is our key platform for all things Learning and Development. Videos, articles, and interactive modules are designed and uploaded consistently to keep our team members ahead of the forever evolving retail environment.
Retail Cadet Program
At Godfreys, we embraced diversity and inclusion. We faciliate learning and development for every team member who decides to be part of our family and have curated an intensive, exciting Cadet Program for skill development. After completing this program with your trainer and leaders, you will be able to:

Godfreys Parental leave provides the opportunity for team members to devote time to their child or children during the first year of their parenting relationship, without career disadvantage. Godfreys recognises that a changing society with greater diversity in parental and family relationships necessitates a broader approach to family roles and responsibilities. Primary carers are entitled to receive twelve weeks paid leave at the time of birth or adoption.

As the Company intesifies its efforts to attract, retain and motivate talented people, we look to our team members to help us find qualified individuals to fill available positions at Godfreys. Bonus payments are given to eligible team members, in accordance with this Policy, whose referred candidate is employed by the Company as a direct result of that team members referral.
