	Don't tell customers in the shop that they will be in after they sweep the path outside. Also don't abuse the workers and customers from the shop next door in front of customers or at all for that matter. Disgusting behaviour. Disappointed that no demonstration was offered on the products and didn't appreciate the swearing! 16th Oct 2019

	I'm very happy with this shampooer, as I have a very large home with quite deep carpet so I needed a machine that could handle that. It removed stains from the carpet that other methods didn't and made the carpet look brand new. Very easy to use once you get used to how it fits together. 23rd Aug 2019

	Great experience instore. Manager did a demo of carpet cleaner. Demonstrated how ineffective the Dyson v8 animal stick was against a power head vacuum.
